Martinsville Speedway
Martinsville Speedway in southern Virginia is NASCAR’s shortest and slowest track. It’s paper-clip shape makes it essentially two short straight-aways followed by a U-turn. Martinsville is the oldest track on the NASCAR circuit, and hosts two Cup races annually.
Martinsville is famous for its hot dogs, a disgusting looking red-dyed frank, usually covered in chili, slaw, and onions. It ain’t pretty, but it sure tastes good.
