I was working in the Daytona Beach speedways parking lot a few years back and I did not know who you were/O.K. so it was MY FIRST experience with racing.
I said you could not park there-- Because it was for the "Bigwigs" upstairs! Yes and I scribbled chalk on tour tire-- Well Long story short I have since managed to go to one real race that I wasn't working-- sat in Robert's tower and it was fun! I'd love to go again someday but hey when you work as a temporary "parking lot attendant just to put food on the table well, it's hard. Any way I just wanted to let you know you are such a gentleman and NEVER even told me who you were! I still smile when I think about it. Thanks for the cool memories!
