Scott Wimmer was born in Wausau, Wisconsin on January 26, 1976. He currently drives the #29 Holiday Inn car with partime driving with Jeff Burton in the Nationwide Series.
As a young boy Scott competed in the National Junior Olympics in down hill skiing.
