I watch nascar crap all week long on speed and where ever else i can get my fix. Every one always asks WHO'S YOUR FAVORITE DRIVER ? I always reply who ever takes out Stewart. Its always comical to see his mouth get in the way of his pee brain, And I also have hurd the rumor about Home Depot dumping him for a better image, they cant do any worse...What a shame at one point I really liked to watch him. Sad !

Why is NASCAR’s Tony Stewart’s foundation for disabled children supporting a prison program led by a convicted child killer?
ICAN is a prison dog-training program Stewart supports and high-profile child killer Melinda Loveless is an active dog trainer there. Melinda masterminded the 1992 kidnapping, 10 hr torture, and murder (burned alive) of 12-yr-old Shanda Sharer.

Fellow inmate and assisted murderer of Shanda, Hope Rippey was in the ICAN program and released early under suspicious circumstances.

So why is Melinda, and Hope before her in this program? Indiana prisons are overflowing with non-violent offenders, so better choices are available.
There is no way Tony does not know about Melinda and Hope with his active support and participation with this prison program.
Stewart should pull his support of ICAN until Melinda is removed from the ICAN program as their mission statement requires. Or does Tony have a fetish for prison inmates?

although most of this years racing hasbeen good, las vegas(except last few laps where kenseth/kahne were racing hard) & texas ,so far< has been boring & uneventfull. even daytona was borderline a sleeper. i'm not looking for a bunch f wrecks, BUT some real side by side racing would be nice. yes 400 & 500 miles is a long race & drivers shouldn't try killing each other every lap, but it'd be much easier to truly enjoy seeing 3,4,5 etc..cars closer than 5 seconds apart. its scary that the first 198 laps @ california were far more interesting than texas, vegas & phoenix. i'm reconsidering going back to my original plan of only watchin restrictor plate,short tracks,road courses 7 select night races like darlington & the coke 600 . VERY DISAPOINTED OVER PAST FEW YEARS!!!!!!! i'm trying "gen6 " car & nascar a chance but the way the racing @ 11/2 mile & 1 mile tracks but too many years of lackluster races,especially fuel milageraces, are making me realize that theres other things that i could do during those 3 hours.

Nascar can keep telling everyone how great these new cars if they want but want fan fans are seeing is raceing that the only lead changes are because of a pit stop. I believe that in the past 2 races there have been maybe 2 lead changes that were not because of what happened in the pits.. This is going to be a long year if the only way to win a race is to have the best pit stop.... Lets go back to let the best driver win !!
A thought for a car for the "super speed ways" let them race a car from the late 80's early 90's a little less HP but a lot better raceing

I am reserved on my decision if it was the new cars or the competetors,in any event we saw a 20 lap race,not a 200 lap race i am a 40 year fan of NASCAR that was the worst race i have ever seen. It is unfortunate that fans where injured on sat. but that was a real race. Im not looking for accidents im looking for changes in the lead,im sorry i love the sport but that 500 sure wasnt worth the price of admission or the time it took to watch it.The only suggestion i have is bigger rewards for leading each and every lap.

I really enjoyed the turns at Sonoma, Infineon Raceway and hope for another bent race track event in the future... and one in the Chase too! My wife blew my mind this weekend while I was watching the race as she pranced around the house in a spoof of the NASCAR logo tee shirt with the word BORING on the front! She picked it up at http://www.nascarwidows.com and it was quite funny. Can you imagine that, calling a road race track boring... oh well...

Does Kurt have an aeroplane?
He raced @ road America today 2100 miles from Sonoma which he will race on Sunday (2moro) and qualified at both tracks. That's too far to drive and I doubt commercial flights go to either place!
Is he a pilot too?

Nascar was started in the south and it is a shame that you want to remove our flag . Our flag stands for SOUTHERN PRIDE to us and some people have to try to make something else out of it. SO PLEASE LET THE DUKES CAR RIDE AROUND WITH OUR FLAG!!!!!! What would happen if all yhe SOUTHENERS quit watching and going to your races? Think about it.

love him, hate him, love to hate him, hate to love him,kyle busch did an amazing job of car handling & racing last night. if he drives like that the rest of the season, look out. give the kid his due, he was the best driver out there last night. i think d.e. sr. would have been in awe of busch making the 2 saves that he did. now if he can just keep his fingers folded in & watch his mouth.

kyle should be not aloud on a race track untill he can prove he has his temper under control he endangered ron hornaday and every one on the track and i can not watch if you willing to put that hot head on the trackhe even endangered the fans at the race is the the kind of driver you want on the track i am a kyle busch fan but i can not aprove of his actions

that race was just like in the wwe. betcha the other 41 drivers were told to go ahead and race, just not with stewart&edwards.did you ever see kyle busch or kevin harvick just pull over and let another driver just slide on by? i don't think so. you're either in it to win it,or don't get in it at all. what a joke.

A. J. Amindinger drove three stints in a row to finish in first overall at the Rolex 24 at Daytone today. It was the first win for a team that had been unsucessful in all previous attempts. It was also a Win for Ford breaking the European domination of the last few years.
Juan Montoya made it a two Nascar driver Podium finish this year.

Richard Petty Motorsports has created a Nationwide team for Michael Annett. Annett will wear the #43 on his Ford Mustang and carry the livery of Pilot/Flying J. The car will be fielded out of the RPM shops and will run for the full season and make an attempt at the Nationwide Championship.

It was interesting for me. Nascar ordered the cars to run in packs two different times during the three days of testing. Seems everyone can pretty much do it altho Jeff Burton came out the worse for wear after both.
Didn't hear to much gab about the new EFI but a lot about the shark fin, spoiler size and too darned much about the size of the grill opening and pressure relief settings on the radiator.
I did see a couple of appearent Sling Shot moves by single cars, but were the two cars slowing down or was the one sling shoting that much quicker? Speed Weeks will tell the tale.
I enjoyed it, even tho I watched it on my laptop.

RPM has expanded to include a Nationwide #43 car for Michael Annett. The #43 Ford Mustang wearing Pilot/Flying J livery will be ran out of the main RPM shops for the full season and attempt to win the championship.
